Krumers Alpin Resort & Spa - Seefeld in Tirol

I enjoy staying at the hotel the room was very nice. The spa area was very nice too and also enjoyed the treatements. The breakfast was very nice and had lots of variety.

I thought the food was not good as it was buffet and also the food was cold. Who wants to eat cold food. I asked if they had alacarte service they said no.

The rooms are spacious, immaculate, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I very much appreciated the "Daily Program" prepared by the hotel and left in all rooms every night with highlights of the next day in the hotel itself and the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied.

The hotel is on the outter perimeters of Seefeld, and I would have rather chosen a hotel closer to the center. It is not a great distance to travel, but it would have been nicer to be in the middle of it all.

The breakfast was excellent

The bar was closed for a group of people which played Bingo all night long on a saturday night. This event has not been announced by the staff.

The pool and the walk from the Rosshutte to the Reither Spitze were both great.

Excellent facilities, half board very good value, best breakfast ever!

My room located near the street. ( I guess , high way ) and I could not open the window due to noise. And in the check out time , Hotel put the new staff ( 2 days working expereince ) in the recpetion and she was so helpless and I and other guets were waiting so long for the check out.

Sehr ruhiges Hotel, tolle Aussicht, schöne saubere Suite, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Guter Wellnessbereich. Schönes Frühstückbuffet.

SPA-Rezeption spärlich besetzt und unflexibel. Wlan müsste extra bezahlt werden, Paking 10 € pro Nacht extra zu zahlen. Geführte Wanderungen extra zu zahlen.

Das Buffet in der eiingeschlossenen HP war hervorragend

Die 10 EUR Parkgebuehr finde ich uebertrieben, ausserdem muss den Gaesten bei Ankunft klargemacht werden, das diese Gebuehr immer anfallen. Wenn man diese Gebuehr in den Zimmerpreis einrechnet wuerden man sich viele Diskussionen sparen.

Die Lage des Hotels. Die Wellnessanlagen.

In den ersten Tagen unseres Aufnthaltes gab es zum Abendessen nur ein Buffet, also Selbstbedienung. Nach Abnahme der Gäste wurden wir im Restaurant dann bedient. Wir waren schon öfters in Ihrem Hause und hatten dies noch nie erlebt. In der Woche einmal Buffet ist OK.

Ruhig, keine aufdringliche Service.

Abendessen. Tischangebot war zwar gut aber war nicht möglich während der Abendessen was besonderes bestellen und bedint zu werden.

Dies ist ein empfehlenswertes Spitzenhotel. in dem man sich mit Hund auf Reisen mehr als wohl fühlt, da auch auf die Vierbeiner eingegangen wird und sogar 2 Rundwege zum Gassi-gehen um das Hotel herum angelegt sind, einmal 20 Minuten und des weiteren ca. 1,5 Std. Dauer. Im Zimmer lagen Hundedecke, Hundehandtuch und Eßgeschirr und Trinknapf parat. Hunde sind hier sehr willkommen, was nicht überall ist. Das Essen war auch sehr delikat und die Weinauswahl ebenfalls, sodass Hund und Herr bestens versorgt sind.

Aus unserer Sicht haben wir nichts zu bemängeln.

Tolle, grosse und saubere Wellnessanlage. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut und der Service Top. Es ist ein Hunde-Freundliches Hotel.

Der Service beim Abendessen war unorganisiert (mehrere Mitarbeiter welche zum gleichen Tisch kamen) und es ging viel zu lange bis die Gänge serviert werden. Die Tiefgarage ist etwas dunkel.

Wellness, Essen, Hotelzimmer, Reception, Freundliches Personal, Morgenessen sehr frendliches Sevicepersonal

Chef de Service war zu Hektisch und damit auch das Servicepersonal beim Abendessen.
